Education class: Growing with Mushrooms

Learn to grow mushrooms at home.  Understand how fungi work and how to work with fungi.  Learn the basics and practice cloning a mushroom on agar. This two hour class is presented as part lecture and part skill practice.

From farm to table and forest to fridge.  Mushrooms are an excellent way to diversify your diet and add a Kingdom to your table.

Due to the current COVID restrictions in Alberta all participants must present proof of vaccination and wear a mask to attend this in person class.  The space will be cleaned before and after. Hand sanitizer will be provided.  (Extra masks will be available if needed, but please bring your own)
